Discuss your project.

Send the details below and you'll hear back from the team that would actually run the work. If a real-time conversation is easier, book a call or send an email.

Project Inquiry

Tell us what you need.

A few details is enough to start. The more you can say about what you're running and what's not working, the more specific our first reply can be.

So we can reply.
Optional.
Microsoft 365, a migration, automation, or something else — describe it in your own words.
What Happens Next
  1. Your note goes straight to the engineering team — not a ticket queue.
  2. You get a reply — usually within one business day — with clarifying questions or a proposed next step.
  3. If it's a fit, you get a clear scope and price. No pressure either way.

Common Questions

Answers before you ask.

Are we too small to be worth your time?

No. Small businesses without in-house IT are exactly who we're built for. Engagements can start hourly, so a small first project is normal.

How does pricing work?

By scope — hourly for as-needed help, a fixed price for defined projects, and monthly for ongoing support. Tell us what you need and you'll get a straight quote, not a package to decode.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

Work with us hourly, on a fixed-scope project, or month to month for ongoing support — whichever fits the job. The engagement is shaped around the work, not the other way around.

We already have some IT help — can you still work with us?

Yes. Plenty of our clients have some IT in place but not enough time or capacity. We can own Microsoft 365 and the day-to-day alongside whatever is already working.

How fast will we hear back?

Usually within one business day. Your note goes to the engineers who would run the work, and the first reply comes with clarifying questions or a proposed next step. For ongoing managed IT clients, support runs during business hours, Eastern time, with requests handled by email or a scheduled call.
